PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

With new design, the nozzles’ assembly which is made manually gains practicability. It allows the user to work with or without breaker. Its difference from other sprinkle heads is the usage of weight at the wing.

  • It is aimed to slow down the rotating speed due to the used weight.
  • With its angle of 30° x 25° for water exit, the exposure to unfavorable weather conditions is minimized.
  • Since it has portable screwed breaker, it can be used with or without breaker.

THE PROCESSES AND WARNINGS BEFORE THE USE OF SPRINKLER HEAD

  • A water source suitable for the sprinkler heads’ flow should be chosen or the sprinkler heads in type and number suitable for the existing source’s flow and pressure should be chosen.
  • It should be assembled to the pipes in suitable intervals according to the shooting range of the sprinkler heads.
  • For the shooting range and sprinkler intensity of the sprinkler heads, the adjustment should be made with nozzles in suitable diameter.
  • In case the water source is sandy, mossy etc., filtration materials should be applied to the water source.
  • When water is given to the system, no intervention should be made to the heads while the sprinkler heads are running.

TECHNICAL RULES TO BE FOLLOWED DURING THE USE OF SPRINKLER HEAD

  • In order to allow the sprinkler head to distribute the water homogenously and partially, it should be used in the following working pressure.
  • For the sprinkler heads with ½’’ male connection (small), the working pressure between 1.5 atm – 2.8 atm is suitable for the use.
  • For the sprinkler heads with ¾’’ male connection (big) the working pressure between 2 atm – 4 atm is suitable for the use.
  • The screw of the sprinkler head whose breaker is screwed should be positioned properly and not tightened till the end.
  • For water tightness; the sprinkler head should be assembled to the connecting apparatus with its own key.
  • The sprinkler head should not be exposed to the impacts during the transport.
  • In order to prevent the sprinkler head from being worn and deformed, it should be kept within a closed area at the end of the process.
